Biking on the island is a popular pastime, and it's one of Dewey's favourite things to do. He has discovered that he looks quite dashing in a helmet and raincoat and even wears them in the shower just for fun! (He is a very crazy dog sometimes.) It rains a lot in Victoria, so Dewey believes that he is practiciing for all kinds of puddle-splashing adventures to come.

Dewey learns to bike
